Get to the Durham before its too LATE!!
This is it the final weekend for the Capture the Moment: Pulitzer Prize Photograph exhibit at the Durham Museum. This exhibit's last day is set for July 10th. This is truly one of those museum exhibits that has the ability to live with you for a long time after you leave. This exhibit covers momentous events captured on film, from terrible tragedies to against all odd victories, and moments of humane actions. The Pulitzer Prize exhibit is something very special that everyone in Omaha can go and enjoy. Everyone will experience different emotions as they gaze at images of human history over the past 50 years. Some will cry, some will laugh, some may be disgusted, but yet some will even remember what they were doing at the time the photo was taken. No matter what emotions you feel as you walk through this exhibit, you will leave touched by what you have seen.
Head on down to the Durham Museum to see this amazing and wonderful exhibit before it ends on July 10th.
Where one exhibit ends another begins. Expedoodle is proud to announce the coming of a brand new exhibit at the end of July to the Durham Museum. This new upcoming exhibit will highlight one of the most unsung historical figures in our country’s history. The George Washington Carver Exhibit will be at the Durham from July 30th to October 30th. This upcoming exhibit will feature more than a hundred artifacts, along with videos, interactive displays, recreated scenes and more. Visitors will follow along as Carver’s curiosity and persistence take him from a remote frontier town to success as a teacher and researcher at the famed Tuskegee Institute. George Washington Carver was very intricate person in agriculture development, as well as being a renowned scientist. So be sure to put this exhibit on your calendar to come and check out in the coming weeks!!
