February Astro Vibrations from Sue Moon

The big news this month is Neptune going into the sign it rules, Pisces, after an approximate 165 year journey (It was the late 1800’s the last time we experienced this).  This big blue-green ethereal ball of creativity, spirituality, illusion, deceit, addictions and oneness will slowly move our world into knowing that we are all connected and what we do to one, we do to us all.   We will evolve at a much greater speed.  February 7^th is a lovely Full Moon in Leo, time for a party and just plain enjoying your life!  The New Moon in Pisces on the 21^st will sit next to pretty Neptune; this calls for a ritual to plant your seeds for what you would like to have in your life.  Chiron (healing wounds) will also be with this pair and will be very helpful in letting the past go.  All in all, February is a fairly gentle month and we can all be enjoying Mars retrograde which allows us to go over very thoroughly any plans we have for our future.  This is a good month to rest up for the big push coming all spring.

ARIES-Neptune’s dreams land in your 12^th house of mysticism and that is where Neptune belongs.  Your intuitions are about to become psychic!  You are going to grow spiritually in very profound ways in the years to come.  Mars, retrograde in your house of health and work could mean you need to rework some project you are on and to plan a better work out.

TAURUS-Neptune will be staying in your “social” house till 2026.  I would use that energy to be more creative in manifesting what you want and also attracting friends who are more in tune with your spiritual path.  Mars in your “fun” house could open a new world for you to play in.  Watch for high emotions in the home or with your Mother on the 7^th and an opportunity for new growth on the 21^st.

GEMINI-Dreamy Neptune is in your “honors” house.  Spend time meditation/reflecting on what more you could be doing to gain honor.  From now till July would be a good time to do a little redecorating in the home, maybe even some repair.  On the 7^th don’t fight with your siblings, tell jokes instead.  There may be a rebirth of your career on the horizon.

CANCER-You are about to come into the most spiritually evolved time of your life.  Your mind will open and receive the blessings of the Universe in the years to come.  Beware of ego disputes from now thru June, just be tolerant, you don’t have to be right, even if you are.  Take care of your possessions around the 7^th, as there could be an emotional issue around some.  Marriage is intense for years to come.

LEO-You are so lucky to have a happy Full Moon in Leo on the 7^th, you should throw a party!  Or at least show up at one, you will be the star!  As spiritual Neptune transits your house of rebirth and change, you will grow into a very evolved being indeed.  Your career or achievements have the blessing of Jupiter (abundance) until June; don’t waste this opportunity-go for the gold

VIRGO-You may be on the defense as Mars (ego) nudges you to take a stand.  No need to fight, breathe and become the diplomat you are.    Neptune in your relationship house can be very confusing so keep your committed relationship very open and honest.  The Full Moon on the 7^th may find you seeking solitude away from the madding crowd.

LIBRA-Neptune will help you find a way to heal psychologically and in turn physically.  The Full Moon on the 7^th is in your house of friends…….be with them, as many as possible for a really good time.  Deep psychological changes will be with you for years, sit back and relax.  There is a possible rebirth in the work area towards the end of the month.  Spend time daydreaming about what you would like to be doing.

SCORPIO-Saturn continues to hold you accountable for everything you do.  Work hard, it pays off.  If you are in a creative field, that is about to get a super charged dose of energy.  Relationships are supportive and comforting for a few more months.  The Full Moon on the 7^th bodes well for you being respected and appreciated for all of your many talents.

SAGITTARIUS-As Neptune moves into your home sector there may be some addiction issues to deal with, yours or another’s.  You may even think about moving, just be cautious as Neptune rules illusion and you may be fooling yourself.  Mars will super charge your career for a while, but you may not notice it till spring.

CAPRICORN-Neptune in your house of writing could make you the next best seller!  Think about that, this is a creative energy that will be in your house of communication for a very long time.  Don’t be vague, use your talents.  Jupiter is making sure you have a lot of fun into summer.  Mars in your higher mind is asking that you broaden your philosophies with a little more oomph.  Where could you be wiser?

AQUARIUS-Neptune will be sitting in your house of talents/money for a long time.  It isn’t an easy energy to work with as it requires subtlety and finesse, but you can do it, just be sure to do it in a new and brilliant way.  The Full Moon on the 7^th is in your relationship house.  This could be a wonderful time with your sweetie if you don’t get too demanding.  Mars is transforming you at pretty deep levels.

PISCES-You are about to get even dreamier and more creative than you have ever been!  The Full Moon in Leo on the 7^th hits your work/health house bringing energy and humor to it all!  Mars in your relationship house may cause a few ego disputes with your honey, but it doesn’t have to, you can be tactful too.  Life is just too good to waste it on arguing.

November Astro Vibrations from Sue Moon

What a busy November this year!  The day before the auspicious 11/11/11 global celebrations/meditations for peace, we have a Full Taurus Moon.  This will show many what is really important, while others scramble to keep their lion shares.  We are faced with many choices in the years to come and this month is a like a condensed version of that.  Neptune (spirituality/creativity) will go Direct on the 10^th after months of slowing way down.  Chiron (healing wounds) also moves Direct on the 11^th.  Now we can move into deeper healing and make quicker progress as we feel this forward movement.  Mercury (communications) goes retrograde on the 24 which is Thanksgiving and the day before the New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius.  Be sure you buy all your turkey day food early and double check your recipes and communications with family as things can go haywire during a Mercury retrograde.  This eclipse, like all eclipses, shows where something has ended and it is time to start anew.  Sagittarius calls us to think broader and wiser and to always take the high road.  And this from Joanna Macy:  “The most remarkable feature of this historical moment on Earth is not that we are on the way to destroying the world – we’ve actually been on the way for quite a while.  It is that we are beginning to wake up, as from a millennia-long sleep, to a whole new relationship to our world, to ourselves and each other.”  Being thankful for the goodness in our lives is very appropriate now.

ARIES-At the end of the first week of this month be careful of what you say, there could be fallout.  The Full Moon on the 10^th may have you concerned about your possessions and finances.  Mid month feels pretty smooth for you and you might take time for a project or two.  The eclipse lands in your house of far away places.  This is a good time to plan a vacation or at least dream about one.

TAURUS-You need your friends for emotional support early on in the month.  By the eclipse on Thanksgiving your emotions are in high gear, just be careful what you say and how you respond to others.  Practicing non-attachment is good for you this month.  Success in relationships due to Jupiter’s opposition to the Sun is helpful all month

GEMINI-The early Full Moon may bring up a secret or two you would rather not share.  Your relationships need new beginnings, all of them.  Stay grounded through all of the changing energies this month and don’t get scattered, you may lose things.  Good chance for success in whatever venue you are attempting now, just don’t overdo and wear yourself out.

CANCER-Make the attempt to gather with friends around the 10^th Full Moon, you need a diversion.  The Eclipse on Thanksgiving is asking you to let go of the past and start a few new traditions of your own.  As Venus (love) moves into Capricorn (responsibility) and conjuncts Pluto (POWER) just after the Thanksgiving Eclipse in your marriage house-be careful and don’t fight as this stirs up profound energies for you.

LEO-You will be tested in your career zone at the Full Moon.  Use this time wisely to be sympathetic to your co-workers, not codependent.  Any speaking you have to do will be well received.  You can be the life of the party, and Thanksgiving holds a lot of highly charged energy for you.  Have fun, but keep your balance.  It’s time to pursue new ways of entertaining yourself.

VIRGO-Early on you may be dreaming of distant shores, lucky you if you are actually on them!  If you have children they will be an intense experience at months end.  Thanksgiving’s Solar Eclipse lands in your backyard, what can you change in your residence to make it a more fulfilling home for you?  You may need to move, or at least rearrange the furniture and paint a bit.

LIBRA-You will be fairly emotional this month and it may be hard, but you really do need to let more go.  You will have an opportunity to revamp your daily living to jazz it up and energize your life, take it.  Thanksgiving should be very interesting for you this year.  Try a few new recipes and be careful of emotional dialogue with family-keep it loving and deep and don’t dredge up old hurts.  Lay them to rest.

SCORPIO-The Full Moon on the 10^th will be a highly charged time for your relationships.  Many changes on the horizon and it looks like you might make a little money too.  Mars has energized your achievement sector and now moves into having good times with old friends, or maybe making a few new ones.

SAGITTARIUS-Prepare to revamp your identity, both body and personality!  All month you will be heading towards a big change that will arrive at the New Moon/Solar Eclipse on the 25^th.  This is a good time to redesign how you want to feel and be.  Work may be a little crazy at the beginning of the month, but it will all work out for the best, thanks to your ruling planet Jupiter!

CAPRICORN-Should be a fairly fun month if you stop long enough to play.  Your creative endeavors may bring success thru friends now.  Some things that have been hidden for years may come out to be healed during the eclipse at months end.  It would be good to talk to a friend or even a therapist.  Saturn continues to show the world that you are an authority figure.

AQUARIUS-Watch the Mercury Retrograde slow down your enthusiastic social life!  You could use a rest anyway, and you will have time at the beginning of the month to stay home and relax, but don’t fight with family members!  You may see an old friend leave your life, don’t take it personally.  Study as much as you can, you need to learn more wisdom.

PISCES-You will feel Neptune’s going direct more than most.  It will affect you by unleashing creativity anywhere you need it.  Think about your career and what you would like to do or add to it during the Mercury retrograde.  This is the time to plan and think ahead.  The Eclipse will close some door in your career sector and open another……..be watchful.

Omaha Horoscope for September by Sue Moon

September comes after what was a difficult summer for many and a very productive summer for some.  Now we begin to assimilate the changes we’ve made.  The Full Moon in Pisces on the 12^th promises a dreamy time of highlighted creativity, although sometimes Pisces energy can lead us into excess of pleasures.  Mars (force) moves out of Cancer (nurture) and happily into fiery Leo on the 20^th and all will experience a surge of good hearted energy with that.  Mercury (mind), Pluto (transformation) and Uranus (change) begin a succession of Cardinal T-Squares on 9/11 that calls us to examine who we are.  This is identity crises for some, but for others it will be a clearer defining of who they are.  This brings clarity eventually to move in the direction of greater freedom.  That T-Square will be zinged also by the Sun, New Moon and Venus adding more emphasis on figuring this out.  The key to understanding this is to balance it all with self nurturing and a lot of patience.  When the New Moon in Libra steps into this picture on the 17^th it will be time to let go of old self judgments and be the change you seek.  We have the ancient celebration of the Equinox on the 23^rd, a time to reflect on the changing of the seasons, not only earths, but our bodies.  The comet Elenin won’t be close enough for viewing till mid-October-who knows what changes she will be bringing…………………………………….

ARIES-Time to nurture yourself for better understanding of your needs this month.  You may feel pulled in opposite directions when it comes to taking care of you versus those you love.  Another way to balance this is to exert more energy in what it is you wish to accomplish in this life.  Harmony in the home will help you understand it all better.

TAURUS Everyday living is calling you to ground the higher energies coming into your life by being very practical and setting aside time each day to meditate/pray/reflect on what you want to do next.  Jupiter can cause you to put on weight this year through overindulgence.  The New Moon in Libra on the 27^th offers an opportunity for better health and better work projects.

GEMINI-Career or your achievements in this life are highlighted by a lovely Full Moon in Pisces on the 12^th.  While the New Moon on the 27^th is asking you to get out and play more, maybe even going off alone to reflect on a different direction in your work field.  The T-Square affects you most in the area of deep change.  What can you let go of now so that something better can come in?

CANCER-You are the funnel through which a strong affliction will be occurring this month.  It is important that you nurture yourself before others so that you don’t deplete your strength.  Relationships will be a little intense because they want to be healthier.  Drop codependent behavior and everybody will be a lot happier.

LEO-There is a lot of activity in your money/talents house.  Now would be a good time to roar your way into a more prominent place.  Take care of your health as there is a powerful strain on you during this month.  There may also be some conflict of interests in your desire to get away from it all but your responsibilities holding you down.

VIRGO-It is important that you call on friends for help if you need it this month.  Children may be the cause of deep concern.   And there is also a strong pull to pay more attention to your possessions and letting go of the past.  Sounds like you need to clear out some closets both figuratively and literally.

LIBRA-Your relationship to yourself and to others is a bit conflicting this month, which one do you take care of first?  While your own deep inner needs are making themselves known, your place in the world is calling also.  This is a push-pull kind of a month for you that will hopefully answer a few questions by months end.

SCORPIO-The power to persuade or the power to manipulate are big questions this month.  You will choose wisely if you take the high road and complete honesty in all that is asked of you.  The Full Moon on the 12^th brings some emotion up regarding children and having fun.  Mars moves into your career house later in the month which will bring a surge of energy in that direction.

SAGITTARIUS-Do you want all the attention you are receiving?  Try to find balance this month in a committed relationship.  If you do, it will do much to restore your balance.  You may find it difficult to choose between staying home and taking care of you or going out with friends and overextending yourself.

CAPRICORN-The focus of power is on you with Mighty Pluto deepening your persona.  Find balance through giving to those you love.  There is also some concern over home versus out in the world, what do you need the most?  Inner strength from a strong home or worldly acclaim of your accomplishments?

AQUARIUS-Dreamy, escapist Neptune is revisiting your very personal space and your boundaries may be a little confused.  The Full Moon on the 12^th highlight money and talents and some reward should be coming your way.  Paying close attention to your health will benefit now and in the months to come.  Be careful to let go of the past so that your future opens up without all the baggage.

PISCES-With the Full Moon on the 9^th in your most personal house you will shine beautifully.  Towards the end of the month the New Moon in Libra seeks balance by letting go of the past.  Relationships will be energized by the Sun, Venus and Mercury all month.  Some friends may not be worth the bother, cut your losses and move on.
