In addition to our delicious classics, Bliss Bakery can customize sweets to match your specific appetite or occasion. We feature a variety of cake flavors, including Pink Champagne, Chocolate, Key Lime, Red Velvet, and more. Bliss also has gluten-free options for the health-conscious or those with food allergies.
A Nebraska native, Bliss’ young owner and baker Autumn Pruitt can’t remember a time when she didn’t love baking with her family. In fact, at age 19, Autumn decided she wanted to spend her life sweetening the world around her. From that point on, she began experimenting with new recipes each and every week, many of which eventually reached the rapturous status of “better than homemade”, earning their permanent place in the recipe book of Bliss Old Market Bakery.
Bliss Bakery is conveniently located at 10th & Jones in downtown Omaha’s Old Market (next to Aromas Coffeehouse).
